WORKFORCE WORKER PRODUCTIVITY LMS (LABOR MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE) SAAS SOFTWARE
Need SAAS based software based on reporting worker productivity. The data will come from connecting to ERP and time and attendance(time clock) software. The software will have options to enter the transactional worked data through a flat file import process and can allow the supervisor to enter/edit the start and end times for an employee manually if needed. Will need APIs built for ERP connection and Time and Attendance software
The software takes hours in an activity for example hours/and quantity volume (erp data) X activity (configured picking activity in my software) x time and attendance worked hours for output rate
IE: Employee Jane Doe works in picking department worked from 9am-5pm took scheduled 30 min lunch/ 15 min /15 min meeting break was in activity ‘picking’ and picked 800 cases for the day.
-250 cases picked (wms data) / 7 hours worked (time clock data) = 35.7 cases picked per hour (calculation)
-Another calculation will be based on the standards page which will take into account the minimum expectancy – 40 cases per hour is an example
-So now 35.7 /40 cases per = 89% at standard
-Jane doe is at 89% efficiency
NOTE: the standards setup page will take into account various parameters to impact the rate per hour.
Such as if employee works 7 hours versus the first hour the rate will be variable because the employee is not as tired compared to someone who is working all day on an activity.
Data from wms/erp: Employee name, users id, transaction name/desc, start time, end time
Data from time clock:Employee name, id, pay rate, Start time, lunch, breaks, end time
The software will be security role controlled to change accessibility depending on user
Send alerts via email/sms
Conditional color formatting if employee is not meeting a specific target
