SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader with demonstrable experience in driving integrated, multi-touch marketing programs across the US and Canada that result in incremental and accelerated pipeline.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Field Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the marketing programs strategy. In this role, you will closely collaborate and align with the Global Integrated Marketing, Global Demand Center and the AMS Field marketing team to drive awareness and demand across all segments of the business.
A successful candidate will have a strong programmatic demand generation foundation in the enterprise technology industry with expertise in all aspects of the marketing mix. They will be outcome focused, data-driven and work to continually optimize ROI.
What You Will Be Doing:
Own the AMS Marketing programs strategy and plan – determine relative investment across campaigns (based on market opportunity, ROI and performance).
Lead the AMS Programs team to develop scalable campaigns that align to company campaign priorities and drive pipeline.
Represent the AMS theater to the Global Integrated Marketing team and influence campaign and program creation decisions.
Work with the AMS Field team to ensure campaigns land effectively with marketing and sales in appropriate segments.
Ensure each Business Unit has a single point of contact from the Programs team to drive visibility, collaboration and alignment on strategy.
Collaborate with and share best practices with APJ and LATAM programs teams (building and sharing programs with potential global leverage).
Work with Marketing Operations to define campaign pipeline goals and make data driven decisions for optimal execution. Provide and share strategic analysis of program performance to key marketing and sales stakeholders.
Work in close partnership with Digital Marketing to ensure the paid media plan is in lock step with theatre priorities and is an effective engine for both awareness and demand generation.
Work with Field and Channel Marketing to develop programs that can be tailored in the field for partner adoption and execution.
Work with Inside Sales to ensure that the team has line of sight into upcoming campaigns and is fully enabled to follow up on marketing leads.
Manage AMS Programs budget with precision.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
10 years’ experience in integrated marketing in technology.
Proven leadership skills.
Results-driven with the ability to develop program goals, forecast results and measure. program effectiveness/ROI.
Experience in developing and managing world-class integrated marketing plans.
Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
Superb operational and budget management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the company, including regional and global marketing teams.
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline.
