Profile

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate (4+ years) to join its Orange County office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to handle complex business disputes.

About the Role

The Associate will manage business litigation matters from inception through trial. This role offers significant responsibility, client contact, and mentorship from experienced trial lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle business litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and unfair competition claims


• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery


• Take and defend depositions


• Prepare for and participate in trials and arbitrations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business litigation


• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills


• Licensed to practice in California

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $180-$230k per year, with bonus potential up to $106,000. This is an estimate based on the office location.
