Desktop & Printer Break/Fix
Cisco VOIP and Switch support
Basic Windows Server Skills
Scripting experience is a huge plus.
Typical Day to Day:
Individual will be responsible for supporting the SC facility of about 300 end users that have desktops. Will be in the office 5 days a week. Will be responsible for Desktop Support, phone system support, replacing Cisco Switches, basic Windows Server Administration, and Active Directory.
Years’ Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:
5 years enterprise support experience
