Redesign and Buildout Website
This is a remodel of [login to view URL], the temporary site you will be working on is being built on [login to view URL]
This project will be conducted in three phases.
DESIGN AND LAYOUT IS COMPLETED
Phase 1
1) Build an autocomplete search feature for the website which uses pages only (no blogs). It should be based on Google map locations, so it will identify Nearest Me locations on mobile for customers. If the website must ask for permission to access your location, it must not do that until a search is requested not on page load.
2) You must have VERY good knowledge of Divi, WordPress, and Yoast SEO plugin.
3) All pages identified in the worksheet with the PINK tab should be completed in phase one.
4) All sample pages and templates are already built, just need to be duplicated. Then content added and SEO each page based on keywords provided.
5) 90% of these pages have content, from existing websites but in some cases, more will be needed.
6) All content and pages will be run through CopyScape, if it does not pass its not acceptable.
7) All pages will need template adjusted, text cleaned up, rewrote, or added content. FAQ section added, proper links added and Yoast SEO completed.
8) After phase one is completed we will transfer content to [login to view URL] and go live with the new site.

Phase 2
1) Build out all Pennsylvania related pages, which are on BLUE tabs in the worksheet
2) All sample pages and templates are already built, you will need to mostly create all-new content. Then SEO each page based on keywords provided.it.
3) 90% of these pages DO NOT have content, from existing websites. It will be needed.
4) All content and pages will be run through CopyScape, if it does not pass its not acceptable.
5) All pages will need template adjusted, text cleaned up, rewrote, or added content. FAQ section added, proper links added and Yoast SEO completed.
Estimated Number of Page: 46
Phase 3
1) Build out all Texas related pages, which are on ORANGE tabs in the worksheet
2) All templates are already built, you will need to duplicate them. No content for Texas is built out, so you will have to create all-new content. Then SEO each page based on keywords provided.
3) None of these pages have content, from existing websites. It will be needed.
4) All content and pages will be run through CopyScape, if it does not pass its not acceptable.
5) All pages will need template adjusted, text cleaned up, rewrote, or added content. FAQ section added, proper links added and Yoast SEO completed.
Estimated Number of Page: 210
