HPC Architect Consultant needed ASAP- Oil & Gas
HPC Architect - Consulting project
HPC Architect with solid understanding of Oil and Gas environments with large amounts of seismic data. This person will be resposible for the following:
* HPC Architecture to host companies seismic data
HPC and Seismic experience, 5 years - Systems Architecture, Cluster Design - Systems Administration; Linux, Networking, Infiniband, Windows - Cluster Management Platforms (Platform, Bright, SGE)
Software Development and Applications - Seismic Processing and/or Reservoir Simulation - Graphics Technologies: OpenGL, visualization tools
Sales and Communication Skills - Sales Skills; Presentation and Written communication - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills - Project Management - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment and deal with complicated solutions - Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to communicate very effectively and develop relationships with customers
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: - Experience in seismic industry software vendors or major influencers - presentations - Specialty skills in large scale and cluster computing
