Job Description: Full-Time CNA / Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Provide personal care services to clients as identified by the agency in the plan of care per agency policies and procedures.
Assist with activities with daily living which may include the following:
Assistance with personal care and hygiene
Support with mobility
Light Housekeeping
Doing errands and transportation
Meal Preparation
Companionship, and other responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
One year of prior experience in the field of Home Care
HCA, CNA, HHA certificate
CPR AED and First Aid certificate
Must be able to lift and transfer 50 lbs and above
Must have a valid driver license
