Conflicts Analyst Part Time
The candidate will understand and perform the research and analysis necessary to identify potential conflicts issues. Conduct research relating to the identification of potential conflicts of interest. Use internal and external databases to research involved parties or prospective clients to determine if potential conflicts of interest exist. Obtain conflicts waivers. Create multiple reports including due diligence reports to clear potential conflicts. Conduct conflict checks for lateral and new hires. Maintain accurate information in the conflicts database in order to reduce risk and improve efficiency. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1 year or more of experience in conflicts or legal or corporate research a plus. Demonstrated analytical and time management skills in a professional setting required. Strong decision making skills based on rationality, objectivity and logic required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness required. Ability to interact with attorneys and staff in a professional manner required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Military experience a plus.
