Tax Associate
The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in corporate and partnership tax law.. Experience with the taxation of corporate and partnership mergers and acquisitions is required. State tax controversy work is preferred. Prior mid to large law firm experience, accounting background, Tax LL.M. and/or clerkship with the U.S. Tax Court is preferred. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
