Academic Employee Relations Representative
The candidate will oversees logistical operations in the Academic Employee Relations unit of the Office of the Vice Provost, Academic Affairs (VPAA). Will be reporting to the Academic Employee Relations Manager (AERM). Provide an experienced level of analytical and operational support to a highly complex functional area (academic employee relations) by working in close collaboration with the AERM and the Academic Employee Relations Specialists (AERS)—all of whom perform case management functions. Performs short and long-term planning for the organization and must demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
