Digital Marketing for Real Estate Listings
Im a real estate agent in Colorado. I want to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to help me market my listings (homes for sales). It would be on a project basis, as needed when I have a new listing. Here are some of the things I need help with:
- Search engine optimization (SEO) of all my marketing materials for maximum online exposure
- Creating cookies on the back end of the marketing to capture and create a target audience
- Weekly Facebook ad campaign exclusively to people who are categorized with a “Likely to Move” residential profile per Facebook analytics
- Instagram posts about the home to reach the millennial market (NOTE: I have an Instagram account but its not developed and I dont use it.
- PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT - Another realtor does all of these digital marketing items for her listings. Its a very comprehensive list. I have an assistant at my brokerage that handles some these items. Some of these tasks are automated. There are various items in this document that Im not interested in doing, unless you think its a must-have.
