The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional Watson AI enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that will positively impact our customers. The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional Watson AI work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of business processes or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This is a remote role, however, if you live within 50 miles of the Louisville Waterside Humana office (101 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202) you may occasionally be required to work in-office for in-person meetings, project collaboration, etc. once CDC restrictions are lifted.
Responsibilities
The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional position on the Watson AI conversational platform will lead experience improvement projects for an innovative AI (artificial intelligent) healthcare provider/consumer experience that will drive the future vision of the company's core businesses. This individual will:
Lead moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed with minimal direction
Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments and will foster positive team collaboration
Must to passionate about driving results, overcoming obstacles and planning for contingencies along the way, using metrics and milestone-oriented approaches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Technology or Business-related concentration
Minimum 4 years of related experience in Health Care or Health Care technology
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership
Minimum 4 or more years of experience with full Project Management Life Cycle including large technology projects.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including MS Project and Visio
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Core business hours align to Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work-At-Home Requirements
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Covid-19 Vaccine Policy

Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Member/Consumer Experience design experience
Experience with Watson AI or other AI platforms
PMP and / or Six Sigma certification
