Work in teams of multiple attorneys and paralegals on larger litigations. Draft pleadings and briefs for speech, privacy, intellectual property, advertising, contract, and other internet-related lawsuits. Oversee discovery and take depositions. Present oral arguments and participate in trials. Work with senior attorneys to conduct advertising compliance reviews, privacy compliance reviews, draft terms of service, privacy policies, intellectual property agreements.
