Receptionist/Intake Coordinator Part-Time
The candidate will manage and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Client focused firm specializing in employment law. Will greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor. Gather information from potential clients over the phone for attorney's review. Answer and forward all incoming calls. Provide client satisfaction survey at the end of each consultation. File, take payments, perform record keeping and schedule appointments. Work closely with Paralegal and assist in some case-related projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Organizational skills and attention to detail a must. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel required. Must have high school diploma. Some college preferred. Law firm experience a plus. Spanish fluency a plus. Should have a professional and mature attitude and demeanor and be a team player. The candidate will work directly with the Paralegal to provide high-quality services. 15 to 20 hours per week -11 to 3; Monday thru Friday.
