[login to view URL] is our company site. We would like the site created with a similar color scheme. The look and feel should be different. A large amount of creative license is granted during the creation of this site. Here is a list of sites our owner likes:

The website was Wordpress, but should be created using Joomla! The template can be a purchased template which we will provide, but must be configured so that it can be updated without the changes to the template being discarded.
We would like the site to be clean and functional, with as few extensions installed as possible. We do want to ensure we have good SEO and SEF.
The text for pages on the site will be provided by our staff, but the layout will be at the discretion of the designers.
Our owner has said he does not want a copy and paste of the old site and we would like to provide feedback during and after the project for changes.
Developer or group needs to be responsive and proficient in English.
