Outstanding writing and organizational skills. Excellent academic credentials and referrals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2+ years of experience to assist the Litigation Group in trademark infringement, copyright infringement, TTAB proceedings, and anti-counterfeiting and other general intellectual property litigation, as well as trademark portfolio management, licensing, and media work.
