The candidate will manage the Employee Relations team and lead the delivery of Employee Relations solutions and services for the region. Responsible for ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees and fostering a respectful and inclusive environment while mitigating legal, financial and reputational risk to the company. Will have oversight and responsibility for the following for the Americas region: Policies & Standards, ER Training & Development, ER Processes, Data and Reporting
Manage a team of ER specialists in the Americas region. Be a trusted advisor across all lines of business regarding Employee Relations matters. Promote positive employee relations by ensuring the development and implementation of consistent and equitable processes, providing guidance on best practices, and identifying solutions and ways to mitigate risk. Manage complex and sensitive ER cases to successful resolution. Serve as a strategic partner to the HRBPs to consult and execute on HR and business strategies, including, identifying trends through data analysis and providing proactive solutions. Provide guidance, counsel and policy interpretation to HR stakeholders, employees, and managers. Partner with the Americas Employment Law group and other non-HR stakeholders in support of a broader people risk management agenda. Owns and updates Americas Employee Relations policies and practices. Responsible for monitoring relevant metrics captured in Neocase for the Americas region to gather insight, identify trends and develop proactive strategies to remediate risk. Liaison between Employee Relations team and the Ethics Office.
