Currently we are looking for 2 PART TIME/CONTRACT caregivers to share shifts for our client in FRANKLIN, TN.
SHIFTS ARE: MONDAY THRU SUNDAY FROM 10:30 AM TO 4:30 PM AND 7 PM TO 9PM
Female client
TASKS: TOTALLY BEDRIDDEN. NEEDS ALL ADL CARE WITH TOILETING, DRESSING, BATHING, MEAL PREP. COMPANIONSHIP, VERY LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING. Dementia experience preferred. Client needs a confident and motivating caregiver to build encouragement.

Responsibilities
Remind clients to take prescribed medication
Transfer and ambulation assistance (around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
Assist with personal care and hygiene
Plan and prepare meals
Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
Light housekeeping
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Companionship
Transportation to and from appts, shopping, outings
Qualifications
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Able to pass Abuse Registry, Criminal background and Motor Vehicle background checks
Able to pass drug test
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
