Job duties will include:


Researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profiles
Making or taking phones calls to and from providers and patients
Solving problems and encouraging others in collaborative problem solving.
Making decisions focused on interpretation of department policy and methods for completing assignments.


You will be:


Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group.
A positive, proactive attitude, energetic, highly motivated and a self-starter.


Role Essentials


High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License from the Arizona or TX Board of Pharmacy
National Certification, PTCB CphT
6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacy
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
Strong data entry skills
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10 panel drug test


Role Desirables


Inbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting a plus
