The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys by performing contract preparation, research, corporate entity management, factual investigations, and other legal assistance duties as required. Interfaces with and represents attorneys with system representatives and others. Works under general supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. A High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree, bachelor degree and/or paralegal certification strongly preferred. Must have 2 years’ experience as a paralegal. May consider 4 years’ experience as a legal assistant in a law office.
