The candidate often provides the first impression of the Firm to potential clients and plays a vital role in providing our clients with excellent service by completing phone interviews and gathering information pertinent to their potential cases as well as meeting with clients as necessary. Follow practices and processes that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company standards, and serve the needs of clients. Demonstrate a commitment to a process of continuous improvement. Comply with company policies and procedures. Accepts incoming phone calls. Data entry. Schedule appointments. Meet with clients as necessary. Scan and attach documents electronically. Perform other duties within the Team Member’s training and skills as directed by Core Leader.
