You will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and ensure that decisions are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eWe are looking for a candidate that can proactively find opportunities to improve the delivery of financial and staffing services to internal clients. A critical function will be participating in all forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles including the long-term strategic plan, in support of the business objectives and goals. This will require you to proactively identify and mitigate risks to the plan.
