Description

The Pharmacy Benefits Management team is looking for a skilled, forward thinking Senior Technology Leader to specialize in the development support, implementation, delivery of specialized applications and technology solutions to meet our business needs. With a strong emphasis on cloud and security, this position will require leadership and oversight of multiple applications and projects used to support Humana's PBM capabilities.

Responsibilities

In this position you will work in an agile environment that supports the rapidly growing Pharmacy business area. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a group of talented software architects and engineers to help deliver our next generation of highly scalable, robust technology solutions.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
5 years of technical experience
Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel


Preferred Qualifications


PMP Certified
Six Sigma Certified
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight
