The candidate will routinely collaborate with and provide guidance to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on a wide range of human resources and employee and labor relations topics. Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, develops, recommends, implements, and manages all aspects of employee and labor relations policies and practices. Ensures consistency in application of policies and procedures. Conducts audits to identify employee relations issues and recommends appropriate action and resolutions. Counsels employees concerning hospital policies, assists, and advises employees concerning grievance procedures. Participates in union contract preparation and may serve as the lead in contract negotiations. Represents management in all aspects of collective bargaining. Provides counsel to managers and staff on the interpretation and application of HR policies and the collective bargaining unit agreements. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the above areas of responsibilities. Provides coaching and conflict resolution programs to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. management staff.
