Venue market analysis and market fit

Profile

Venue market analysis and market fit
I own a unique wedding and event venue and im looking for someone who can research my addressable market and provide analysis on best approaches to identifying our market fit. I have some fairly detailed parameters, so identifying the target market and constraining our research to a narrow sliver of the market should allow for a fairly efficient process to uncovering the highest value data. I would like to better understand the potential revenues and costs associated with hosting events at my venue and to identify which target demographic i should focus on as a way to uncover and target the highest value clients for my unique service. If you are interested in learning more about the venue and the services we can offer, I would be happy to go into further detail as way to narrow our focus and manage the data we would be looking to uncover.
