Profile

1.
Candidate must have eight (8) years experience designing/developing large scale application systems in a multi-tiered environment, at least four (4) years of which must be working in JEE Application Servers.
ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
Candidates must also have three (3) of the preferred skilled sets listed below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential specifications below will not be considered for the position.
1.
Hands on experience with IBM IDE: Rational Application Developer (RAD) and/or Rational Software Architect (RSA).
2.
Hands on IBM Portal (6.1 or above preferred) server experience.
3.
Hands on experience with JSF based UI development.
4.
Hands on experience with Object Relational mapping tools like Hibernate or JPA/OpenJPA.
5.
Experience in developing J2EE applications for IBM Websphere Application Server (6.1 or above preferred).
6.
Experience with developing web services using JAX-WS for WAS (6.1 or above preferred).
7.
Experience with XML, XSL and XML Schemas.
8.
Ability to be an integral part of a team and work together toward a shared goal.
9.
Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, innovation, problem solving and collaboration.
Project Description:

The primary responsibilities of this Programmer Analyst will focus on the developing a system as part of the SAFE Act project implementation. Programmer Analyst is required to assist DCJS in the following activities:
Perform Requirement analysis and prepare design documentation using UML for application development.
Develop code based on the design and write Junit Test cases.
Working with release management to release code to enterprise environments for testing and implementation.
