Youll focus on aligning client data strategies to their business strategy. You will assist clients in choosing a platform, defining their data needs and migrating them to a modern cloud data environment using cloud providers such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks or Teradata.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of finance domain business architecture, process and data model including but not limited to: record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, treasury, cash flow analysis, asset management and depreciation, budgeting and forecasting;
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, benchmarking, modeling and industry systems/processes;
Possessing in-depth knowledge and interaction with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday;
Leading organizational, financial, innovation, and growth strategies;
Understanding and experience in/or strong knowledge of Retail/CPG, Telecommunications, Travel, Media, Industrial Products, Energy or Insurance industry;
Understanding of cloud data solutions in the context of business applications, cost optimization, clients strategic needs and future growth goals as it relates to becoming a data driven organization;
Understanding of modern cloud data warehouse and engineering for one or more of the following cloud providers - Azure (Synapse, Dynamo, Cosmos, Azure ML, Power BI), AWS (Redshift, Sagemaker), GCP (BigQuery, Vertex, Cognitive Services), Snowflake, Tableau;
Providing leadership over file and object-based storage solutions (e.g Azure ADLS v2, AWS S3, Google GCS), creating analytics and insights solutions using Redshift, Azure Synapse SQL Pools, Snowflake, PySpark data frames and/or equivalent technologies;
Understanding of enterprise data concepts such as Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Warehouse, experience with MDM standards;
Designing and developing advanced analytics solutions, AI/ML models, and operationalizing based on ML Ops process;
Architecting and designing data implementation patterns and engineered solutions using native cloud capabilities that span data ingestion & integration (ingress and egress), data storage (raw & cleansed), data prep & processing, master & reference data management, data virtualization & semantic layer, data consumption & visualization;
Understanding or knowledge in SQL, report generation using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, programming using Python/Spark; and,
Leading data warehouse team and leads in creation of cloud data warehouse plans, roadmap, success metrics, and assessment of clients enterprise (on-premise and on-cloud) data systems.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Demonstrating prior Big 4 or strong consulting experience in strategy through execution projects is a plus;
Creating strong relationships with business stakeholders and ability to act as a trusted advisor to client leaders;
Leading and working with large Cloud Data Platform, Cloud Data migration or Enterprise Information Management programs;
Providing a robust collaboration and teaming approach;
Demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving methods and skills;
Using appropriate facilitation techniques to gain agreement or move others to action;
Leading and supporting the development of digital accelerators and repeatable solutions;
Supporting business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations; and,
Leading business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations.
