1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects in CRM 2007 or above ECC 6.0 - (>5Y) SAP CRM Configuration/ Sustainment ERMS (3-5Y) CTI - (3-5Y) Minimum 3 years of experience in the configuration, delivery and support of two or more CRM processes Account and Contact Management Customer Service Management Lead and Opportunity Management Marketing & Campaign Management E- Mail Response Management System (ERMS) Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Interactive Reporting Business Rules Framework (BRF) Customer Financial Management integration (Collections & Dispute Management) Integrating CRM with Supply Chain Management processes, ECC 6.0 Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and SAP ASAP Methodology or equivalent Strong analytical and problem solving Good organizational and planning skills 3-5 years Advanced knowledge of the Functional Analyst techniques Strong written and oral skills (prepare documentation and present design) Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task Deep understanding of the software development life cycle as it applies to the project development and delivery SAP specific skills Solution Manager, ARIS Process Modeling, HP Quality Centre, WebUI/ABAP experience a plus
