FirstLight Home Care of McHenry has 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 24-hour live in shifts available-- full and part time!
You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and auto insurance is required. Additionally, caregivers need to be a minimum age of 18.

CNA certification is NOT required. Dementia experience is a plus.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist clients with personal care, including showering, toileting, and incontinence care
Help with transferring, and/or assist with walking/ambulating
Companion care, including medication reminders, errands, appointments, and meal/snack preparation
Completing documentation daily for client care
Qualifications:
Six months experience with personal care (unpaid or paid)
Proof of state-issued driver's license and valid auto insurance
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Clear national and state background check
Pass drug screening
