Professor of Practice
Duties : Will working with the Director and Assistant Director of Experiential Education and other faculty to supervise students enrolled in the Community Lawyering Program. Assist with development of specialized representation opportunities for enrolled students. Assist in the development of community outreach and instructional activities. Assist in the continued growth and development of the Community Lawyering Center program. Provide instruction as needed in simulation and corresponding classroom courses, including creation of instructional materials. Assist in the development of promotional and marketing materials, including social media and supervise students in client representation as requested by the Director and Assistant Director of Experiential Education. Participating in outreach activities to non-profit organizations, neighborhood associations to promote community empowerment, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization with particular emphasis on the Frazier – South Dallas communities.
