JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate will serve as a Enterprise Help Desk analyst responsible for answering customers’ calls (50 -70 per day), provide problem isolation and resolution with a 1st call resolution rate >62% in a multi-platform, diverse systems environment. Analyst records, monitors, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Minimum requirements include two year associates degree in computer science or computer related field, one Microsoft certification (A , MCP, Net ) preferred, proven workstation hardware experience and 3-5 years proven IT Call Center experience. Enterprise Help Desk provides service to internal clients on a 24x7 basis. Wants to see some longevity in work experience.
