King University is accepting applications for part-time/adjunct faculty to teach courses on the Bristol campus in the Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology Program. King University faculty members work collaboratively to provide high quality academic experiences for students in a supportive, Christ-centered environment. The successful candidate must be available to teach courses during the day on the Bristol campus. Courses may include the following topics:
• Criminal Investigation
• American Policing
• Corrections in America
Courses are offered during the fall or spring.
Minimum Qualifications:
Faculty who teach criminal justice and criminology courses must possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field. Applicants with a Master’s degree in other fields with relevant work experience in law enforcement or corrections will also be considered.
