Part-time Paralegal Adjunct Instructor
The candidate will prepare and teach assigned courses in accordance with course outlines and published course schedule. Will collaborate with the Program Coordinator, Career Technology colleagues and administrators in program planning, assessment, and continuous improvement processes. Maintain accurate records for each course taught. Prepare, review, and update course outlines on a regular basis. Recommend and assist with curriculum revisions as necessary. Cooperate in scheduled student evaluations of instructor and space. Submit all college reports in an accurate timely fashion. Attend instructor meetings and professional development when scheduled. Maintain a high degree of professional competence. Should have J.D. or relevant Master's degree related discipline, with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Law or Legal Studies. College teaching preferred with demonstrated teaching with technology. Candidate with prior experience in legal writing will be strongly considered. Should have ability to use computers and software to support instruction, including course management software, word processing, email, Internet, and student information database.
