The candidate responsibilities includes: Review and draft correspendence, pleadings, notices, basic discovery; Review and draft Financial Affidavits - a working knowledge of Financial Affidavits is required; Create and maintain case files in Smokeball - experience with Smokeball a plus; Organize, catalog and review discovery; Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders; Conduct legal research; Ensure files are prepared for court; Other adminstrative duties; Must have 3-5 years of experience in family law; Bonus if you also have experience in transactional real estate. Should have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate.
