Duties: Assist Supervising Attorney and staff attorney with walk-in clinic daily operation, including coordination of Clinic appointments, training programs, and community education and outreach. Data entry and data collection and preparation of monthly and quarterly grant reports. Provide translation services for clients Assist pro-bono attorneys with service coordination and legal referrals to other programs and to outside agencies, including working with partner agencies and advocates to help clients receive services. Perform other related office duties, including front desk coverage, answering of telephones as needed, as well as any other assignments by Clinic Supervising Attorney. Perform client intakes for victims and survivors of domestic violence and elder abuse. Assist clients with the NY State Office of Victim Services and Crime Victim Compensation Fund resources and assisting with OVS applications. Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
