What the Schedule/ Location looks like:
We provide In-Home Care, which means we go to clients' personal residences as opposed to a facility or group home. The schedule is quite varied as it depends on what you are looking for and what open hours we have. Most clients only get seen for 1-2 hours at a time, so your schedule could include multiple clients in a day (in which case you receive drive time pay). As mentioned above, we will work with YOUR schedule. For the CNA MENTOR position, we will give you a regular, consistent schedule. However you will also participate in leadership duties such as trainings and supervision.

Stonebridge Home Care is a personal care company dedicated to promoting safety, independence and comfort in our clients’ homes. Our amazing CNA’s travel within a localized areas to assist with personal cares such as: bathing, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and mobility help.
Job Requirements
What we are currently looking for:
We are currently looking for an experienced, certified CNA to assist in the following:
-Support Clients in their home with Activities of Daily Living
-spend around 5 hours per week helping in the office to conduct caregiver check-ins and calls, etc.
- Assist the HR Team in the supervision of other CNA's
- Be a resource for questions of other CNA's
-Assist with training and shadow shifts for CNA's
- Perform Supervisory Visits
- Verify the competency and skill level of CNA's
*MUST be a certified CNA for this position*
