WordPress Plugin Customization WooCommerce Integration

WordPress Plugin Customization WooCommerce Integration
Deliverable:
Adaptation of our existing online print designer plug-in to include features that are 50% completed - including integration with WooCommerce.
Who Im looking for:
A developer who can solve a complex problem within an existing plug-in we are utilizing: CMS Marts NBDesigner plugin. This developer will be able to walk through the needs on a Zoom call with me to understand the end goal and create a customized solution and adaptation of the existing plug-in to function as needed.
What you need to know:
-The plug-in has had the development team who created it make 50% of the changes already. However they have hit a road block and I need someone to take this over and complete the development work on a fast pace.
-The development task is not extremely complex but it will take some time to understand the intended use case and I can explain entirely what needs to be done...
What needs to be done:
-Custom fields were added into the back-end admin side of the plugin - they are currently supposed to coincide with WooCommerce/Shipping rates in a specific manner but are only currently returning 30% of the intended and originally requested outcome.
-The plug-in itself has a bug within the online designer framework and needs someone to determine why the plug-in isnt functioning as it should. (I would estimate this could be done by installing a parallel version of the plug-in on a test server to compare and contrast differences between the existing bugged plug-in and stock functioning plug-in)
