Reviewing title abstracts, trusts and probate documents; Representing lenders, buyers and sellers in real estate closings;. Interacting with clients as counsellor and advisor; Participating in team and company meetings;. Performing other related duties as assigned, and Contributing to the positive company culture. must have 1-4 years of experience in practice. The position is open to candidates who are detail oriented, organized and possess superior interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for reviewing title work, closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies. Must be capable of multi-tasking while maintaining precise attention to details. Many of our closings take place at borrowers’ homes after normal business hours so nights and weekends will be required. Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations.
