Trust Officer II
The candidate will administers fiduciary accounts, including trust, investment management, agency, custodial, conservatorship, and estate accounts, for current customers in accordance with governing documents. Communicates with customers, prospective customers, beneficiaries, professional advisors, and internal management through in-person and telephone contacts and written correspondence and reports. Serves as primary contact for assigned customers and responds to customer inquires. Services as relationship managers by developing personal relationships with assigned customers, professional advisors (i.e. attorneys and accountants) and others as applicable, and develops new business for the Trust Department with both existing and new customers. Assists Senior Trust Officer as directed. Works with Portfolio Manager to assist customers in making individual investment plans designed to meet each customer's goals and objectives. Comply with current applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and procedures. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
