.NET Application Developer / Lead

Profile

The project is modernizing its grants management system from a client server to a web based technology. The position is for a technical lead (team of 3 or 4) who is very good communicator, has the ability to provide technical direction and leadership, has deep .NET skills, has designed and developed large web applications using the latest .NET 4 framework as well as experience with migration of client server applications to web technologies.

* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 5 years experience in Agile Methodology
* At least 5 years experience in one or more of the following: C#, VB.NET, C, C , Java, SQL, Oracle and Service Oriented Architecture
* At least 5 years experience in MS SQL Server 2008/2005/2000 and/or Oracle 11G/10G
* At least 5 years experience in one or more of the following: .Net v.4.0/3.5, WCF, WPF, LINQ, Entity Framework, MVC, Spring.NET,
* Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week
* English: Intermediate
Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 10 years experience in Agile Methodology

* At least 5 years experience in sprint activities and delivering to schedule Experience in Public Sector
* Security clearance of MBI - not the first day
