ADA Field Review

Profile

ADA Field Review
We are a small civil engineering firm…PE Engineering…and we need to conducted an ADA Field Review….this means we go out and look at a roadway intersection to see if they are ADA compliant….we would like to gather data with GIS application that could run on a smart phone. We have developed questionnaire with 14 questions (yes or no) that would address all ADA concerns. What we are looking for is a Smart phone application that would allow us to answer the 14 questions along with 4- 6 photos at any one point location. At each point location, the application assigns a number and coordinate information that could then be export into a KMZ file…that could then be download to create a report.
