Competitive Compensation Start Rate $15.00 hour - $2.00 2nd Shift differential and up to $20 an hour for skilled and incentivized jobs.
What to expect:
This is an entry level, general labor role
You can expect to be on your feet in a fast-paced factory environment with repetitive tasks on a production line
Because we are working with meat, we work in 38-42-degree temps
All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided to the team member at no charge.
