The candidate will work for the Workers' Compensation defense firm. Will not only transcribe audio files but draft correspondence to completion. Job duties include, but not limited to, transcribe letters, proofread and revise correspondence, prepare, e-file, and serve settlement documents, inputting legal billing associated with tasks. Attention to detail required. Ability to multi-task required. Strong work ethic required. Excellent communication skills required. Excellent proofreading skills required. Must be proficient with computers, English, grammar, spelling, Microsoft Word.
