The candidate will provide exemplary tax technical support, including tax structuring analysis, create tailored solutions and deliver industry expertise beneficial to clients. Will provide fluid due diligence from a tax perspective on structured transactions (both buy side and sell side) including key risks and potential adjustments to purchase price that impact the deals. Execute client engagements, including planning and budgeting. Keep firm Partners and Tax Managers informed of engagement progress and address any material issues impacting clients that may arise. Collaborate with and help in the professional development of other experienced tax professionals supporting similar clients. Advise clients on critical issues identified that may impact their structured transactions and provide appropriate tax solutions. Conduct research using CCH Axcess and other tax software programs. Communicate on behalf of clients with the IRS and other tax authorities. Participate in client proposals and new business development opportunities.
