The candidate should have complex litigation experience, preferably in family law. Should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an ability to work in a high pressure and exciting environment. Should have the ability to manage high volume, high conflict, and high asset caseload. Exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as excellent proofreading skills are needed. Should have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Broad knowledge of e-filing processes and requirements is needed. Extensive experience with trial preparation is required. Comprehensive knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal case management software is needed. Good sense of humor and team player is needed.
