The candidate will join a group of talented Engineers, Scientist, and Innovators with tremendous top-side potential devoted to solving novel technological problems with national defense implications in the fields of Cybersecurity, Autonomy, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Naval Architecture among others. Will assist in designing and implementing financial growth strategies for the Company. Assist in steering the fiscal advancement of the Company, shaping and implementing best practices, and nurturing financial growth opportunities in support of DOD mission. Advise the Executive Staff (CEO, CFO, COO, and Controller) and perform analysis need to make decisions related to investments, financing, capital structure, and business partnerships. Functional responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Director include: Conducting diligence and performing financial analysis in support of the corporate finance group. Building and maintaining relationships with local banks and other financial institutions. Traveling among all states where we are or will be hosting offices as a representative of the corporate finance group.
