THE POSITION
QuoteWizard by Lending Tree is looking for an experienced Office Manager for our Seattle office. The ideal candidate is a driven person who can juggle multiple responsibilities, can work individually and as part of a team, and can pick up new responsibilities as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing front desk duties (greeting guests and vendors, distributing mail, keeping lobby area clean)
Ordering office supplies, breakroom supplies, food/drink supplies, and other items as needed
Keeping breakroom and coffee areas clean, and well-stocked with supplies
Prioritizing and planning office events, parties, meals, meetings, etc
Coordinating maintenance requests with building management and outside vendors
Coordinating company travel including booking for executive management
Handling expense reports for executive management
Communicating office-wide messages as appropriate
Assisting executive management with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Able to work independently or self-starter
Responsible for space management and seating plans
Collaborate with Property Management
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative position with increasing responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Travel booking
Event planning
SKILLS

Multi-taking skills
Sense of humor and ability to have fun while getting things done
