Visiting Clinical Professor of Law, Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic

The candidate will continue the work of the IPEC, supervising students on on-going and new cases and, with the assistance of Clinical Faculty, design and implement a curriculum for the weekly seminar. Must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar and qualified to represent clients before the United States Copyright Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 3+ years of experience with intellectual property transactions and/or litigation required. Teaching experience is preferred.
