The candidate will attend depositions, make informal appearances before administrative judges, and gain hands on experience in Workers Compensation litigation defense. Must be recent JD graduate who have taken the February 2020 California State Bar Exam. Workers compensation litigation experience is not necessary. Must possess proficient verbal, writing, and analytical skills.
Note: Candidates will be hired as law clerks on a temporary basis while they are awaiting bar results.
