Contracts Manager
Duties: Assist and support the General Counsel in sales and vendor contract review and negotiations; research and analyze applicable data privacy laws; draft non-disclosures agreements, renewals, amendments, and any required legal documents. Timely drafting, review and negotiation of a high volume of commercial, licensing and other technology-related contracts and agreements including but not limited to: service agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements and other legal documents. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to determine compliance and assess risk and engage appropriate stakeholders in contract review and assessment. Support development of contract templates. Implementation of a contracts management system including vendor sourcing and selection and entry of existing contract documents. Review and assist with analysis of data privacy issues. Support the General Counsel and other legal team members in maintaining company compliance with statutes and regulations. Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure contractual issues are addressed efficiently. Conduct various legal projects and other duties as assigned.
